About

The Woodbury Bridge Club is an American Contract Bridge League (ACBL) sanctioned duplicate bridge club.

The Club holds duplicate bridge games at Shawnee Park in Woodbury on Monday afternoons and Thursday mornings.  A third game is held on Wednesday afternoons at the American Legion in North St. Paul.  All games are ACBL sanctioned and award ACBL master points to the winners.  If you do not have a partner, we can arrange one for you.

The Club also sponsors “chat” bridge on Tuesday mornings.  These sessions include an informal lesson from experienced players on topics of interest, followed by a game in which players can ask for help from coaches during bidding and play.

All players pay $30.00 annually to the City of Woodbury for use of its facilities.  Players may register with the City at WoodburyRecreation.com or at the Recreation desk at Central Park.  Club members also pay $10.00 per fiscal year (beginning October 1st) as dues to the Club itself.

Members may choose to join the American Contract Bridge League, but ACBL membership is not required by the Club.

The Club asks that all players do their best to make bridge an enjoyable experience. See the attached “Play Nice” poster for some guidelines.
